CALL FOR PAPERS
iCISTM 2025 invites full-length original research contributions from science and engineering professionals in industries, R&D organizations, academic institutions, government departments, and research scholars worldwide. Submissions should include original research ideas, developmental concepts, analyses, findings, and results. Review articles and original research contributions should not exceed twelve pages in a single-column format. The manuscript template is available in the downloads section.
Submissions must be original and unpublished, and they should not be under review for any journals, magazines, or conference proceedings. Each manuscript must include the name of the corresponding author, their email address, and the affiliations of all authors. Full-length manuscripts should be submitted to icistm2025@seti.edu.in.
As a part of our commitment to excellence all the presented papers will be published in Reputed Indexed Journals. Additionally, all the papers will be published as a Book Chapter in ISBN Proceedings.

PEER REVIEW PROCESS
Each submitted manuscript will be assigned a unique paper ID. Manuscripts should present original research ideas, developmental concepts, analyses, findings, and results. They must not have been published or be under review elsewhere. Each manuscript must include the name and email of the corresponding author and the affiliations of all authors. Incomplete manuscripts will be rejected during the initial screening.
The initial screening will check for the conference scope, originality, and similarity. All submitted manuscripts will undergo a technical peer review process, and the corresponding author will be notified of the review outcome. ICISTM uses a double-blind review process, where each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. The corresponding author will be informed of the review results. If revisions are requested, the revised version of the paper must be submitted within fifteen days of the revision notification. Only papers revised according to reviewer feedback will be accepted by the Technical Program Committee and invited for presentation.
